Rodney Klein EEO Training - I don't find a 'logo' on his site.  I'll ask him if he has one.

EEO is my life’s work. For nearly three decades through my time at the US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission I studied, investigated and contemplated the issues groups of diverse individuals face when they join together and work toward a common goal. For sixteen years as the Outreach and Education Coordinator of the EEOC’s Dallas District I had the unique opportunity to travel throughout Texas and the country and listen to employees talk about the issues that impacted them. I took that knowledge and trained thousands of managers and human resources staff on not only how to stay in compliance with federal law but also how to create and maintain inclusive workplace cultures. Or, if I were to put it more simply, I trained employers on how to deal with bad behavior and its root causes. I have a lot to offer. I am universally recognized as an outstanding trainer and public speaker. My outlines are practical, easy to apply and hopefully interesting. I love teaching and interacting with groups and individuals. I am a subject matter expert in everything from federal EEO law to workplace civility, equity, microaggressions and unconscious bias. I help leaders navigate their organizations through today’s ever-changing social landscape.

    • Recognize the personal, workplace, and global forces influencing how younger employees engage at work
    • Develop two-way communication and shared trust across generational groups
    • Turn generational differences into stronger collaboration and more creative problem-solving
