Over the past year, the new administration has introduced significant shifts in policy and priorities across the federal government, administrative agencies, and the State of Texas. This presentation will delve into these changes and provide a forward-looking perspective on what employers can anticipate regarding legal trends and agency focus.  This month's presenter, Shavonne L. Smith, will share practical insights designed to help you proactively minimize employer liability and stay ahead of evolving requirements, so that your organization is not only compliant with the latest changes but also positioned for strategic success as we move through 2026.
