Program Description:
Wellness programs help to improve the overall health and wellbeing of your workforce. This seminar will give you the tools that you need to develop a company-wide wellness program. A well designed wellness program will help to increase productivity, employee retention, boost morale and increase teamwork.

About our Speaker -
Chris Dillon is the Well-being Program Manager at WebMD Health Services, supporting Wells Fargo Enterprise. Chris assists Wells Fargo with the design and implementation of their employee well-being programs. Chris is also a Community Health Education Professor and Internship Director at the University of the Incarnate Word.
With a Master of Arts degree in Sport Administration, a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology, and close to 20 years of experience in corporate well-being, Chris applies his strengths in program design, effective communication, and community building to optimize the health and well-being of team members at Wells Fargo.
In addition to his professional work experience, Chris also has interests in employee motivation, health literacy, wellness program planning and implementation. Chris is currently pursuing his PhD in Health Education at Texas A&M University. His dissertation examines the creation, implementation and evaluation of an Employee Wellness Program at a South Texas College.
