    As a business leader in the HR Community, I often hear HR professionals talk about the frustration and sometimes disappointment around the lack of "buy-in" they receive from top leadership when presenting ideas for change. Many people don't realize there is a strategy to increase your influence and effectiveness as a business leader and when they don't have a strategy, it often creates stress and burnout. I teach HR professionals “how to sell” by outlining 5 strategies that I have used as a sales leader and as a volunteer leader… These strategies will help you sell yourself, your ideas, and create more influence for you in the workplace… starting with building trust. I have collaborated with dozens of top-level HR leaders and high performers to get their insights that will help you grow in your career. These strategies include building trust, identifying the right problem, building a business case, developing sponsors, and being persistent as a leader. We will also talk about how to "speak with confidence" to build our brand too.
